Currently you are using the basic view. The advanced view allows you to note specificity tiers during the analysis. Standards of the highest tier are analyzed first, and then in subsequent iterations lower tiers are evaluated. The nano-dissection strategy identifies the most appropriate standards by comparing results across tiers.
After removing 0 overlapping genes, positive sets contain 0 genes and negative sets contain 0 genes. At least 10 genes are required in each class to perform a nano-dissection.
